The Challenge

Masdar, one of Abu Dhabi’s biggest energy companies, wanted to amplify its position and raise awareness of its sustainable energy credentials and multinational partnerships. The timing of COP28 in Dubai presented an ideal opportunity for Masdar to invest in a far-reaching content partnership and leverage the world’s focus on the region.

The Solution

Reuters Plus created a compelling eight-part video podcast series, featuring global experts in sectors, ranging from green hydrogen and sustainable aviation to inclusivity in the energy transition and AI. Filmed in our London broadcast studio and remotely, the series of 20-minute podcasts was amplified on YouTube, podcast platforms and social media, to engage audiences and build brand recognition across numerous touchpoints. A bespoke hub on Reuters.com housed the videos alongside supplementary content from Masdar.
